The story focuses on a law enforcement agent (Brit Marling) who goes undercover to infiltrate the a. group of eco terrorists led by True Blood's Alexander Skarsgård.
Clarkson will portray Marling's boss.
Ellen Page co-stars as Izzy a group member who was once romantically involved with the leader. Toby Kebbell will be playing a character known as 'Doc'.
Marling co-wrote the script with Batmanglij who is also directing.
