TDKR: Bye Pitt Hello LA & NYC

The Pittsburgh shoot is now over on Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises Next Stop Los Angeles and then NYC

Production will take place in California over the three weeks through the early part of September with sets being prepped according to Batman-on-Film. While there will be some location work, most of the stuff here will take place on sound stages.

The production team will then relocate to New York City for the final leg of filming.
Meanwhile some footage from late last week in Pittsburgh has dropped.  One of the Tumbler's was spotted with a new gadget- a missile launcher. Video of that is available here.

The sequel is set to hit theaters on July 20th, 2012.
